A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will transfer your website(s) to our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost information and unwanted network downtime. That’s the reason why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We have highly experienced administrators whose only task is to make sure that your web site works exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based on famous apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you an exact ETA, since there are many factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not very large).

A: We do not require any personal details. We’ll require, though, the login info for your old hosting account and the name of the website that you wish to migrate.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the agreement that we’ll have with you as a customer. We’re devoted to safeguarding the safety of the personal info gathered from the clients. To do this, we use technical safety measures so as to avoid the loss, the misappropriation, the modification or the unlawful disclosure of the personal info under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial methods to protect and secure the information that we accumulate online. When we ask users to submit financial info (for instance, a credit card number), this info is masked using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption method.

A: Your web site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your former web hosting provider. After we have completed the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will need to do is change the name server resource records associated with your domain. Your site will be transferred to us with no downtime.

A: While we migrate your website content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can access your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
